If the day ever comes that someone proposes adding a fee — even 1% — that's the day this platform closes. That's a promise written in our founding documents.
Sign up for a free account, then click "Ask for help" anywhere in the app. You'll walk through a short form: pick a category, choose money or goods or time, describe your situation, and publish. AI checks it for safety in seconds, then the community sees it.
Three layers: AI checks the post against fraud patterns, community vouches add real-human signal, and verified neighbors can confirm location and identity.
You can see every verification method used on someone's profile, and trace it: who vouched for whom. The chain is public.
Yes. You can make pledges and even receive help anonymously. Your name is never shown unless you explicitly opt in.
Amounts are always public (that's the transparency promise), but the names attached to them are your choice.
Report the call from the share menu. Our moderation team reviews reports within 24 hours. Confirmed misuse means the account is permanently removed and pledged funds are returned.
That said, this almost never happens. The community-vouches model makes catfishing economically and socially expensive.
When you pledge, the amount is held in your wallet. The recipient is notified instantly. When they confirm receipt of help — usually within minutes for digital transfers — the funds release from your wallet to theirs.
For recurring pledges, the transfer happens automatically each period. You can cancel any time with one click.
Yes. Before the recipient confirms, you can withdraw your pledge with one click from your wallet. After transfer, refunds depend on the recipient — they can return funds at any time, and our team helps mediate if needed.
Sign in, go to Settings → Delete account. Your profile is removed immediately, your help-history is anonymized within 30 days, and your receipts remain downloadable until you confirm full deletion.
Yes. Settings → Data & history → Export. You'll get a ZIP with everything: profile, posts, help calls, pledges, receipts, vouches, messages.
